Rex Healthcare offers bariatric surgery (lap band and gastric bypass) for patients who have been unable to lose weight through traditional methods of diet and exercise. Patients must have a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or above or the BMI can be 35 to 40 accompanied by at least one major medical problem, like diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea or heart problems.  Dr. Paul Enochs explains the mechanics behind bariatric surgery.  Watch Video
